Mallorie Nighthart
Born and raised in Northwest Missouri, Mallorie earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations from Missouri Western State University. She has proudly called Orange Beach and Gulf Shores home for the past nine years.
Mallorie brings a well-rounded background to real estate, including six years in property management overseeing long- and short-term rentals and hands-on experience working alongside a local contractor and developer during the home building process. She later served as Director of Sales for a hospitality linen company, partnering with condos, hotels, and vacation rental companies along the Gulf Coast. This experience gives her valuable insight into construction quality, property value, and the vacation rental investment market. Mallorie is passionate about helping buyers, sellers, and investors confidently navigate the Gulf Coast real estate market.
